    Came 10 minutes before official closing time (take out). Ordered a burger. The cooking plate was apparently already turned off. So they restarted it and put meat right away on it. Plate was apparently cold, since it took about double the time to cook. Should have let the cooking surface heat up first. That said, I saw the employee use a thermometer to measure meat temperature... than cooked for another 2-3 minutes...
